5AWSOME
By roy graham
i just recently started bike commuting due to the cost of gas. i did not want to just run out and buy all top of the line gear for this new venture. i wanted to make sure that i would be able to stick with it before i spent a lot of money so after i got past a few hurdles. i decided to buy this bike. i have only been riding it for a week and it has made all the difference. i put some clip less clip pedals on it, and i have cut my daily commute in half. it is no longer an exausting work out, but and enjoyable ride i find my self coming up with errands to run just to have an excuse to go showcase this sweet ride.

greate bike. amazon shiped fast it comes in one box. all you have to do is put the wheels, on attach the cable for the front brake, adjust the rear brake, install the seat, and install the pedals takes about 15-20 min. i would however suggest unless you know how to adjust the derailers to take it to your nearest bike shop and have them dial those in for you.

also the tubes this bike uses are the presta valve type if you are unfamiliar you should look it up on youtube

5So happy
By TraVinh
I bought one (from another online vendor). The box came undamaged but the bike got a lot of slight scratches next to the head tube (by the parts moving inside the box during the transportation). The hubs and pedals were a little too tight, I had to readjust them; I also had to true both of the wheels too; the rear brake wouldn't release after pulled..... then I had to lubricate all the cables. Beside, I replaced the stem with an adjustable one to have more upright position; replaced the hard Avenir seat with a softer seat, the rigid seatpost with a suspension post; the rear derailleur was right on, the front needed some fine tune.
Now the bike with all the quality parts and properly adjusted, it is very sturdy and just like gliding on the road. I think it may last for years . So happy with it now . I am glad I bought it.
Note: the bike did not come with the kickstand nor has the place next to bottom bracket to mount. I took the Greenfield rear-mount kickstand from the other bike to put on it. I had one heck a hard time to figure out how to mount the kickstand.... finally had to make shift some brackets. Now I don't have to lean the bike on something to keep it standing up.

5Delivered Quickly, As described, Prefect Condition
By Paulmejia129
I had been shopping for bike for weeks and I couldn't get myself to buy one until I came across this Diamondback. I have had two Diamondback BMX bikes before and I was wanting a basic but quality mountain bike. I couldn't resist this Diamondback and it was marked down a lot! I bought it and by the next day they were sold out. The box it came in had no wear and it was packaged really well. There were even some tools in the box to help! The bike was mostly ready to ride minus the seat, front tire/brake, and peddals. I am taking it into the shop tomorrow to get the gearing perfect because I don't like dealing with them but that is me just being picky! Perfect bike for a starter and it is quality you can feel! I was worried about the presta valve for the tires but I didn't even realize my $8 pump from Wal-mart already had an adapter with it so I was fine! Bike looks great too. I would recommend this Diamondback as well as buying it thru Amazon to anybody!
